Key Features:

• Type: Extra Añejo Tequila, aged for a minimum of 5 years, with some tequilas in the blend reaching up to 12 years of age.   
• Agave Source: 100% Blue Weber Agave, estate-grown in the Highlands of Jalisco (Atotonilco). Only mature "Maduro" and "Pinto" agaves are hand-selected.   
• Production Process:
  • Agave is slow-cooked in steam ovens (hornos) for 28-32 hours at low pressure.
  • Juice extraction using a self-engineered screw press.
  • Open-tank fermentation using proprietary yeast, lasting 72-96 hours.
  • Unique dual distillation process: approximately 80% in copper pot stills and 20% in a Coffey (column) still. This blend aims to achieve a balance of flavors.
  • Aged in a combination of dark European oak barrels (primarily French oak sourced from wine regions like Burgundy, Bordeaux, and the Loire Valley, as well as some from Napa) and finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
  • Natural spring volcanic water is used.
  • Additive-free, verified by Tequila Matchmaker.
• NOM: 1146 (La Tequileña distillery).
• Master Distiller: Enrique Fonseca, blended by Sergio Mendoza.
• ABV: 40% (80 proof).

• Finish: Long-lasting, soft, and velvety, with a harmonious blend of caramel candy, baking spices, and a touch of Mexican chocolate. Lingering notes of oak and fruit.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
