Refund policy

At Bottles2Gift.com we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable legal regulations, we are unable to accept returns on alcohol.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All alcoholic beverages, including, but not limited to, wines, beers, and spirits
  • Personalized items and gifts
  • Barware and glassware 
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to Bottles2Gift.com, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to Bottles2Gift.com damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit are determined on a case-by-case basis, but are limited to the following scenarios:
    1. Damaged Product. If your product was received significantly damaged, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the product is in stock.  In the event that the product is no longer in stock, you may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs. Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to submit a claim, accompanied by photo or video evidence.
    2. Incorrect Orders. If the product you received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, we will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via a Bottles2Gift.com provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the incorrect item.
    3. Packaging Disclaimer

      Please note that minor scuffs, dents, creases, or cosmetic damage to exterior packaging or boxes may occur during shipping and are beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility or liability for imperfections to the outer packaging.

      Our priority is the condition and quality of the product itself. As long as the bottle/product arrives intact, undamaged, and fully functional, the order is considered delivered in acceptable condition. The exterior box or packaging is intended solely for protection during transit and is not guaranteed to arrive in perfect cosmetic condition.

      By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that outer packaging damage does not qualify for refunds, replacements, or claims, provided the bottle/product itself is unaffected.

  • If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped a refund may be issued at our discretion and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied.

    While our return policy for alcohol generally prohibits returns, exceptions may be made in specific circumstances, such as receiving incorrect items or damaged glass bottles. To be considered for an exception, please contact us within one day of delivery, providing your order number along with clear Video or photographic evidence of any damage, with the product remaining in its original packaging. We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely, but if an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it.


    Bottle Engraving Policy

    At Bottles2Gift.com, we are proud to offer custom bottle engraving to help make your gift truly memorable.

    Engraving Fee
    Custom engraving is available for $29.99 per bottle. This fee applies to each bottle that requires engraving.

    Multiple Bottle Orders
    When ordering multiple bottles, engraving is not automatically applied to every bottle unless it is specifically selected and paid for on each item. If you would like engraving on two or more bottles, please ensure engraving is added to each bottle during checkout.

    Discounts on Multiple Engravings
    We are happy to offer discounted pricing for larger engraving orders. To receive a multi-bottle engraving discount, customers must contact us prior to placing their order so we can provide a custom quote and assist with the ordering process.

    Important Note
    Orders placed without prior communication regarding multiple-bottle engraving discounts will be processed based on the engraving selections made at checkout. We may not be able to apply discounts retroactively once an order has been submitted.
