Age Requirement & Terms of Use

You must be 21 years or older to visit and make purchases on Bottles2Gift.com. By using this website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms or are under 21, please exit the site immediately.

Bottles2Gift.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Insurance & Liability

  • To protect your order from loss, theft, or damage, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
  • Minor cosmetic damage, such as small dents or label imperfections, may occur during transit. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for minor aesthetic flaws.
  • We are not liable for lost shipments, including those lost due to hold requests or delivery rescheduling.

Delivery & Failed Shipments

  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a package is returned damaged due to failed delivery or refusal of acceptance, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 1-5 business days.
  • Ground Shipping Orders: Ship within 1-5 business days. (Processing may take longer during the holiday season.)
  • Express Shipping Orders: Ship the next business day if placed before 2 PM PST. (Holiday orders may experience delays.)
  • Orders placed on weekends (Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday) will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Our warehouse is located in Southern California, and we currently only ship within the U.S.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
  • An adult (21+) signature is required upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local and state alcohol laws before placing an order.

Alcohol Purchase Terms

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and consent to Bottles2Gift.com charging your payment method.
  • Orders are for personal use only and may not be resold.
  • Applicable state sales tax will be charged. If not collected at checkout, customers are responsible for any local taxes.
  • Giftsets can vary in color.

Out-of-Stock Items & Address Changes

  • If an item is out of stock, we will refund that portion of your order.
  • Address changes must be requested immediately after purchase. While we will try to accommodate, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Title to Goods & Shipping Laws

  • Title to all alcoholic beverages passes to the buyer in California once the package is picked up by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their state’s alcohol shipping laws.
  • By purchasing, you authorize us to appoint a carrier to ship your order on your behalf. We make no guarantees regarding the legality of shipping to your state.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please email us within 3 business days with a photo of the sealed bottle and your order number for review.
  • For all issues, including missing or damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

    Packaging Disclaimer

    Please note that minor scuffs, dents, creases, or cosmetic damage to exterior packaging or boxes may occur during shipping and are beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility or liability for imperfections to the outer packaging.

    Our priority is the condition and quality of the product itself. As long as the bottle/product arrives intact, undamaged, and fully functional, the order is considered delivered in acceptable condition. The exterior box or packaging is intended solely for protection during transit and is not guaranteed to arrive in perfect cosmetic condition.

    By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that outer packaging damage does not qualify for refunds, replacements, or claims, provided the bottle/product itself is unaffected.



Failed Delivery & Refund Policy

  • If your package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order was originally shipped for free under a promotion, a $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • All sales are final.
  • Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking & cancellation fee Due to Charges Incurred to us via Merchant processing fee's, Credit Card Fee's and other Fee's Associated with the Purchase. 

Legal Compliance & Liability

  • Customers must comply with all applicable state and local regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol.
  • Bottles2Gift.com is not liable for any legal issues arising from an order’s shipment to your state.
  • In cases of legal changes preventing delivery, you may be eligible for a refund before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be refunded due to changes in shipping laws.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, labor strikes, or legal restrictions.
