With a significant 27.2% of the original whiskey lost to evaporation, the yield is a limited treasure of just over 14,000 bottles. This uncut and unfiltered Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled directly from the barrel, preserving its rich flavors and paying homage to the practices of over a century ago.
