Master Distiller Myriam Hendrickx continues the tradition of experimenting with unique botanicals. This gin features organic botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, cassia, bitter orange peel, and notably, celery leaf, which provides a distinctive crisp quality. Fresh, hand-peeled orange zest is also distilled, a unique practice in gin making. It is typically bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
