The inclusion of cream sherry casks from the esteemed Antonio Páez Lobato cooperage adds a novel dimension to its flavor profile. • Nose: Aromatic medley of ripe blackcurrants, raspberries, sugar-glazed cherries, and dried figs, complemented by indulgent tones of hazelnut chocolate, caramelized stone fruits, toasted almonds, cinnamon, polished oak, and worn leather. 

• Palate: Full-bodied and rounded, featuring oak tannins that enhance the decadent sweetness of sun-kissed grapes and autumnal fruits. Vibrant spices of freshly peeled ginger and hints of liquorice interweave with wine-seasoned oak influences, showcasing dried fruits, dark berries, and orange peel. 

• Finish: Rich and enduring, where pot still spices, fruit, and oak fade harmoniously, highlighting the whiskey's complex balance.
