Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromatic and inviting with notes of rich orchard fruits (apples, pears), zesty orange peel, honey, and a hint of dried figs or dates. Underlying this are distinct maritime notes of sea salt and a gentle, fragrant woodsmoke, like distant bonfires.
