Description: Magellan Iris Flavored Gin is a distinctive French gin named after the explorer Ferdinand Magellan, inspired by the spices discovered during his voyages. It is handcrafted in small batches at the Angeac Distillery in France using 100% Capet wheat grain and naturally filtered water from the Gensac spring in the Cognac region. This gin is distilled four times, with the final distillation involving vapor infusion of 11 sun-dried botanicals: juniper berries, cloves, cinnamon, cassia, orange peel, coriander, licorice, grains of paradise, cardamom, nutmeg, and notably, iris root and flower. The iris gives the gin its subtle, natural blue hue and contributes to its unique flavor profile. It is bottled at 44% ABV (88 proof).
