The Maestro Dobel Pavito Tequila is a unique and limited-edition expression, notable for being the world's first "Pechuga" tequila. This innovative spirit blends ancestral mezcal production techniques with tequila making. 

Key Features:

• Type: Pechuga Tequila Blanco. It starts with Maestro Dobel's Silver tequila as a base. 
• Production Process:
  • The Silver tequila undergoes a maceration with a selection of traditional Mexican fruits and spices. These often include tejocote (Mexican hawthorn), apple, anise, cinnamon, pineapple, mango, and sugarcane. 
  • It then undergoes a third distillation in copper pot stills – a first for the Maestro Dobel portfolio.
  • During this third distillation, a turkey breast (pechuga) is hung at the top of the still. The rising tequila vapors pass through the pechuga, infusing the spirit with its aromatics, along with those of the fruits and spices. The turkey breast is never in direct contact with the liquid.
• Agave Source: Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave.
• ABV: 40% ABV (80 proof).
• Appearance: Clear and bright with slight silvery undertones.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Floral and citric, with fresh notes of mint, peppermint, chlorophyll, lemon tea, and anise. Cooked pineapple, plum, and tejocote are also present, along with very subtle smoky notes.
• Palate: Smooth yet complex and balanced, with layers of rich, savory notes. Hints of cooked agave, sugar cane, fruits, and spices (cinnamon, pepper) fill the palate.

• Finish: Incredibly smooth. The sweetness is tasted at first, then gradually fades to reveal a savory and strong character. Some describe a light sweetness initially, transitioning to a spicy finish.

Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Special order items or products not currently in stock may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if any delays are expected with your order.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
