Larressingle VSOP Armagnac

Larressingle VSOP is a classic Armagnac from a historic Gascony producer, known for its long tradition. Aged a minimum of 4 years in oak according to the VSOP standard, this 80 proof (40% ABV) expression offers a traditional balance of fruit notes and developing spice and vanilla characters derived from maturation.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Inviting aromas of plum, baked apple, and apricot mingle with notes of vanilla bean, light caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of toasted oak. Subtle floral undertones may also be present.
• Palate: Smooth and medium-bodied. Flavors of cooked orchard fruits and plums combine with vanilla custard, light brown sugar, and gentle warming spices. The oak influence is noticeable but well-integrated, providing structure without astringency.
• Finish: A pleasant, medium-length finish delivers warmth with fading notes of sweet fruit, vanilla, and a touch of oak spice.
