Jean-Marc XO Vodka

Jean-Marc XO Vodka is an ultra-premium, handcrafted spirit produced in the Cognac region of France by Jean-Marc Daucourt. Made from four select French wheat grains and pure spring water filtered through Grande Champagne limestone, it undergoes a meticulous process: nine-time distillation in traditional copper Alambic stills, micro-oxygenation—a technique borrowed from Bordeaux winemaking—and filtration through Limousin oak charcoal. This artisanal approach results in a vodka of exceptional purity and complexity. 

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Floral bouquet with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg sugar cookies, tonka bean, bison grass, mint green tea, and marzipan. 

• Palate: Delicate and complex wheat flavors with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, five spice, ginger, sweet pastry dough, fig, and cream. 

• Finish: Silky-smooth and long-lasting, leaving a lightly fruity aftertaste. 

Jean-Marc XO Vodka has received numerous accolades, including a Platinum Medal with 97 points from the Beverage Testing Institute and a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2023.
