High West’s Manhattan Barrel Finished Cocktail is a premium, ready-to-serve rendition of the classic Manhattan. Crafted with a blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskeys, sweet vermouth, and aromatic bitters, this cocktail is aged for three months in used rye barrels to deepen and harmonize its flavors.

 Tasting Notes

• Nose: Black cherry fruit leather, stewed strawberries, orange peel, molasses, cinnamon bark, and sage.

• Palate: Cherry turnover, spiced apples, sun-dried raisins, candied orange rind, rosemary, and savory spice.

• Finish: Orange pastry rolls, dark chocolate, and dried fig.  

• Alcohol by Volume: 37% (74 proof)
