Product Description:

Glenmorangie Lasanta ("Lasanta" is Gaelic for warmth and passion) is a 12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland region. It begins its maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks for 10 years, developing the classic smooth, fruity Glenmorangie character. It's then "extra-matured" or finished for an additional two years in specifically chosen Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. This finishing period imparts rich, sweet, and spicy layers to the whisky.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Rich and warm spices mingle with sweet aromas like chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb, butterscotch, caramel toffee, and a hint of citrus peel.
  • Palate: Luscious and full-bodied. Expect sweet sherry-influenced flavors like sultanas and raisins, alongside orange segments, walnuts, toffee, honey, dark chocolate, and warm spices (like cinnamon or clove).
  • Finish: Long, smooth, and satisfying, with lingering notes of spiced orange, chocolate-covered nuts (hazelnuts or almonds), and enduring sweetness.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
