Ginraw Gastronomic Gin

Ginraw Gastronomic Gin is a super-premium gin from Barcelona, Spain, crafted through a unique collaboration of four masters: a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist, and a master perfumer. It aims to capture the avant-garde culinary and design spirit of its home city. The gin is produced in small, individually numbered batches using a combination of traditional copper pot still distillation for the wheat and juniper base, and innovative low-temperature distillation using a Rotaval (a rotary evaporator from haute cuisine) for other fresh Mediterranean and exotic botanicals. This low-temperature method preserves the delicate aromas and freshness of ingredients like fresh lemon peel, fresh citron peel, fresh kaffir lime leaf, bay leaf, black cardamom, and coriander. Bottled at 42.3% ABV.
