Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin

Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin is a captivating and aromatic spirit that builds upon the legacy of Empress 1908 Indigo Gin. Crafted by Victoria Distillers in British Columbia, it pays homage to the "City of Gardens" (Victoria) with a bright floral bouquet of nine unique botanicals, including juniper, red rose petals, elderflower, lavender, orange peel, orris root, cinnamon bark, coriander seed, and black carrot. The latter two contribute to its stunning, all-natural ruby hue, reminiscent of the city's vibrant blossoms. Bottled at 42.5% ABV.

• Aroma: The nose is led by piney juniper and the distinct floral notes of rose and elderflower, supported by underlying hints of bitter orange peel and lavender.

• Finish: The finish is warm and pleasant, with juniper taking charge as the floral elements gently fade.
