Don Pilar Extra Añejo Tequila

A distinguished spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila undergoes a meticulous aging process, spending 36 months in new American white oak barrels, followed by an additional 4 months in French Limousin oak casks. Each bottle is individually numbered and hand-signed by Don José Pilar Contreras Marquez, reflecting its artisanal quality. The tequila is bottled at 40% ABV and is presented in an elegant wooden gift box. 

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Complex bouquet featuring notes of toasty oak, fruit, and butterscotch. 

• Palate: A rich and velvety texture with layers of pineapple, chocolate, and baked agave.

• Finish: A decadently slow finish with a warm reprise of sweet oak.
