Cazcanes No. 7 Blanco Tequila
Product Description:
Cazcanes No. 7 Blanco Tequila is a premium, unaged tequila crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber agave. It embodies the essence of the agave plant, showcasing its natural sweetness and vibrant flavors. Cazcanes prides itself on its meticulous production process, beginning with hand-selected agave plants harvested at peak ripeness. The agave is then cooked in a low-pressure autoclave, a process designed to preserve the delicate flavors of the agave. This is followed by a roller mill extraction, fermentation in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast, and double distillation in stainless steel pots with copper coils. Before bottling, the tequila is aerated and rested in stainless steel vats to refine its character.
