The latest iteration features a mix of HBC 586, Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata, Chinook, Citra, and Citra Incognito, delivering a vibrant and complex hop profile. This West Coast-style DIPA offers a bright citrus aroma, complemented by flavors of pineapple, tropical fruits, and grapefruit, with subtle piney notes and a balanced bitterness.
