• Description: Clonakilty Blended Irish Whiskey Double Oak Finish Single Batch is the flagship of Clonakilty Distillery's cask series. This premium blend combines mature single grain whiskey with Clonakilty Distillery's own Single Pot Still whiskey. It undergoes a unique double oak maturation, initially in ex-bourbon casks, followed by a finish in virgin American oak and shaved, toasted, and re-charred ex-red wine European oak casks (also known as NEOC - New Era of Cask). This innovative finishing process makes it one of the first Irish whiskeys to utilize NEOC casks, which are ex-red wine barrels from the Bordeaux region of France, hand-shaved and re-toasted to the distillery's specifications. It is bottled at 43.6% ABV.

  • Nose: Presents soft spices, vanilla, and ripe notes of apple and pear, along with fresh leather tones and a subtle perfume. Some detect hints of fresh-cut grass and a touch of sea salt.

Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Special order items or products not currently in stock may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if any delays are expected with your order.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.
