It's crafted by maturing both peated and unpeated whiskies for 10 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finishing them in aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. • Nose: Expect aromas of vanilla, orange, cracked black pepper, and dark chocolate. Some also detect a hint of sherry, honeyed barley, peaches in syrup, and a light waft of fragrant wood smoke.   
• Palate: The taste typically offers nectarines, ginger, coffee, and toasted almonds. Other described flavors include a developing faint hint of island dryness and saltiness, earthy vanilla pod, and chocolate-covered raisins.   
• Finish: The finish is generally medium in length with a touch of smoke rounding things off. Some note a little malt and some saltiness, while others find fruity dark chocolate fading to reveal apple and a touch of licorice.

• Silver Medal at the World Whiskies Awards in 2024.   
• Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2017.

• Silver Outstanding Medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2013, 2014, and 2017 (as "Jura Origin").

Order Processing:

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
