Description: The Botanist is the first and only Islay Dry Gin, crafted at the Bruichladdich Distillery on the remote Scottish island. It distinguishes itself by using 22 locally hand-foraged botanicals in addition to nine classic gin botanicals. These Islay botanicals, gathered sustainably from the hills, shores, and bogs, are slow "simmer" distilled for seventeen hours in a unique Lomond pot still at low pressure. This meticulous process coaxes out the complex and signature aromatics of the spirit, resulting in a highly distinctive and floral gin that embodies the essence of Islay's landscape.

Tasting Notes:

Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Special order items or products not currently in stock may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if any delays are expected with your order.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
