Ginraw Gastronomic Gin is a super-premium gin from Barcelona, Spain, crafted through a unique collaboration of four masters: a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist, and a master perfumer. It aims to capture the avant-garde culinary and design spirit of its home city. The gin is produced in small, individually numbered batches using a combination of traditional copper pot still distillation for the wheat and juniper base, and innovative low-temperature distillation using a Rotaval (a rotary evaporator from haute cuisine) for other fresh Mediterranean and exotic botanicals. This low-temperature method preserves the delicate aromas and freshness of ingredients like fresh lemon peel, fresh citron peel, fresh kaffir lime leaf, bay leaf, black cardamom, and coriander. Bottled at 42.3% ABV.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Offers excellent aromatic intensity, with fresh, crispy citrus notes (lemon, citron, kaffir lime leaf), floral hints, and green top notes. Juniper provides a structured aromatic base with dry, herbal, balsamic, and woody undertones.
• Palate: Full-bodied and voluminous, yet smooth, pleasant, and elegant. Features floral aspects with a velvety feel, spicy notes with effervescent hints, and a subtle smoky nuance. Freshness and warmth coexist with a balsamic background from the juniper.
• Finish: Long and delightful, with a lingering spicy persistence. Some describe freshly crushed cardamom seed notes bringing a prickly heat to the finish.

Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Special order items or products not currently in stock may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if any delays are expected with your order.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
