The Hess Collection Iron Corral Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley: Bold Mountain Character, Cultivated Elegance
Crafted from estate-grown fruit in the prestigious Napa Valley, The Hess Collection Iron Corral Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful yet polished expression of California’s most iconic varietal. Sourced from the Iron Corral Vineyard—an estate property nestled in the Napa Valley AVA near Pope Valley and Howell Mountain foothills—this Cabernet reflects the rugged beauty and volcanic soils of its origin.
As part of The Hess Collection's single-vineyard tier, Iron Corral is bold, structured, and impeccably balanced. It’s aged for 18 months in 35% new French oak, showcasing winemaker Dave Guffy’s precision and restraint. With rich dark fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a long, savory finish, this Cabernet captures the essence of Napa terroir with a modern, mountain-influenced edge.
