High West High Country American Single Malt Whiskey
High West High Country American Single Malt is a limited-release whiskey crafted in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. Distilled entirely in-house using copper pot stills, this expression is made from a tri-malt mash bill comprising 85% base malt, 14% caramel 60 malt, and 1% chocolate malt. The whiskey is aged for 3 to 10 years in a combination of freshly charred and second-use oak barrels, with finishing touches in French oak Ruby Port, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry casks.
