Cnoc Na Moine, translating to "Hill of Peat" in Gaelic, is the third installment in Torabhaig Distillery's Legacy Series. This limited-edition single malt marks a significant milestone as it is the first release from Torabhaig to incorporate sherry casks, specifically Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, alongside traditional bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring, it showcases the distillery's evolving approach to maturation.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: A harmonious blend of gentle peat smoke, citrus zest, vibrant fruits, and a faint echo of smoldering ashes. Underlying notes of vanilla sweetness and freshly cut oak add depth.

• Palate: The smokiness evolves with hints of grilled barbecue, spicy black pepper, subtle balsamic zest, added sweetness, and a whisper of spice. Emerging flavors of cedar and leather are deepened by the sherry cask's contribution.

• Finish: The finish gracefully emerges with sherry cask influences, maintaining a balanced interplay with Torabhaig's signature peat and spice blend, highlighting its intricate and harmonious nature.

Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Special order items or products not currently in stock may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if any delays are expected with your order.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
