LAYA Reposado Tequila Black Edition

Laya Reposado Tequila Black Edition is a premium, organic tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave sourced from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, Mexico. This special edition reposado is aged in American oak barrels for an extended period to achieve a richer and deeper flavor profile with added complexity. The "Black Edition" signifies a more refined and elevated tequila experience, presented in a sophisticated black bottle. Laya emphasizes organic production, ensuring a tequila free of additives and pesticides.  

Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Dark amber with coppery and golden intensities.
• Aroma: Presents a "whiskey personality" with prominent notes of wood, vanilla, chestnut, almond, nuts, citrus, and caramelized sugar, alongside cooked agave. Some describe a blend of agave, caramel, and oak with hints of spice and gentle citrus.
• Palate: Offers a sweet and slightly astringent taste with a soft alcohol presence. Predominant flavors include caramel and a slightly smoky note. Some detect vanilla, dark chocolate, and spice interwoven with the agave sweetness and oak.
• Finish: Described as dry, bitter, and smoky, with a lingering sweetness and woody notes. Some note a long, smooth finish with warmth.   

Awards: Laya Reposado Tequila Black Edition received a Silver Medal at the 2019 Tequila Masters Asia. It also received a Bronze Medal at the 2024 Latin American World Spirits Competition (as "Laya | Tequila Reposado Black Edition").

Order Processing:
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Special order items or products not currently in stock may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if any delays are expected with your order.

Adult Signature Requirement:
In compliance with federal law, all shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will hold the package and attempt delivery on the next business day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Carrier Warehouse Hold:
If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be held at the carrier’s warehouse for up to 48 hours. During this time, the recipient is responsible for arranging pickup. If the package is not retrieved within the holding period, it will be returned to us.

Reshipment and Additional Costs:
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package from the warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Bottles2Gift.com is not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any location where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local shipping regulations prior to placing an order.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
