Return and Exchange Policy

At Bottles2Gift.com, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, certain return conditions apply:

Non-Returnable Items:
All sales of alcohol are final. We are unable to accept returns on alcohol products, including wine, spirits, and other beverages, except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assist with processing the claim. In cases of valid claims, we will offer either a replacement item or a refund at our discretion.

Return Eligibility:
Non-alcoholic items such as accessories, glassware, and other related products may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped or damaged item).
